Hello everyone,
More funny weather today. I've been waiting to have a sunny day with no wind. Well, today I just got tired of waiting for the perfect day. The wind would stop and start and the sun would come out and then disappear behind the clouds. I had to take advantage of the beautiful blooms of the gorgeous flowers in the garden.
My new azalea 'Pink Lace' is so beautiful.
My tea service a four place setting, consisting of one dessert plate and a cup and saucer for each person.
The vintage stemmed glasses are a thrifty purchase from the yard sale where I found my cute frenchy cow I used in last week's post. Go Here
I love the crystal napkin rings with pink linen napkins. Crystal, lace and roses are a very romantic combination. I love romantic table settings so much.
The baby's breath adds a delicate and soft addition to an arrangement. The roses are 'Dream Weaver' a climbing rose growing in my garden.
The first bloom of roses are the most beautiful.
The stemware is from the Princess House a Home Decor Co.
The flatware is 'Affection'
The tea service is 'Sylvia' by Thomas Ivory from Germany
The sunlight is casting shadows from the top of the Pergola and 'Sally Holmes' the climbing rose is growing larger everyday. I love the black iron table and chairs adding a wonderful contrast to the ~Roses and Lace~
The inspiration for this tablescape came to me when I found the lovely cherub flower vase in a local antique store a few months ago.
Thank you for visiting My Cozy Corner.

What a beautiful table. The perfect setting for lovely conversation. The colors, china, stemware are just gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteYou really have roses already!! I am so jealous! Today is the first nice day we have had in a long time - our daffodils are just starting to bloom, guess that is par for the North! Your table is beautiful and your photographs are gorgeous as well!
ReplyDeleteYour cups and saucers remind me very much of some that my mother had and that I've wished a thousand times I'd kept. Your table presentation makes them all the more beautiful.
ReplyDeleteHi nice to meet you! I just love your table setting! The china is lovely, and I love the napkin rings too! Thanks for sharing!

Everything is just beautiful! I love the first bloom of my roses and my yard is exploding. You've inspired me to do something creative with some of the blooms - and to look for a fabulous vase!
ReplyDeleteHave a lovely weekend,

How lovely!! What beautiful china and stemware. I love how you put it all together.
ReplyDeleteOh, this romantic table-setting makes me anxious to have lunch/dinner/tea al fresco! Our weather isn't quite cooperating yet, though. Love the beautiful tea service dinner-ware, with its floral design!
