~Amaryllis Not Just for Christmas~

Hello Everyone,
It's time for Vee's Note Card Party on Wednesday. With three of my Amaryllis blooms I'm using for my note cards,  I made my June banner.
This white Amaryllis is the newest bulb I received Christmas 2012.
A couple of years ago I planted my Christmas Amaryllis. The beautiful plants bloom like a trooper and multiplies every year. I started with one plant and now I have three. Awesome!
I love having Amaryllis plants in my garden.  They are wonderful to watch growing everyday with a new bloom or two and the blooms are long lasting.
Each Plant has four or more blooms.
If you love to garden, give this amazing plant a try.
Thanks for visiting My Cozy Corner.
~Update on remodel of My French Country Kitchen~
The painting was finished on Friday, and the walls look beautiful. I love the color  and I've decided to call the paint color 'French Vanilla Ice Cream' LOL!
Tuesday the flooring will be installed. Then the fun will start. Washing all my dishes, tea cups and saucers.

  6. Such beautiful blooms! I've never tried growing them outside. No room at our current cottage to try, so I will be content to look at photos of your, LOL.

  7. Oh they are truly scrumptious. I had never thought of them growing in gardens, duh! How pretty a lot of them would be. Sounds as if you are heading in that direction. Hope that you'll share your new kitchen when it's finished.

  8. I always loved having the flowers in big pots inside but here in Florida they do real well in the flower beds. They have the most beautiful bloom! Love your photos for notecards and your lovely banner!

  10. Wow! These are so beautiful. I didn't know they would grow in the ground like that. I always get one at Christmas. In fact I just cut back the one from this past Christmas tonight. It's in the basement but maybe I should stick it in the ground and see if it will grow. :) Pamela

  11. Gorgeous colours and markings. We do seem to think of them as Christmas plants, especially for a hostess gift.

  17. I didn't know that this plant could be planted outside. Do the cold weather states need to take plants in for the winter? I love the colors.
