Little Bits of Holiday Cheer!

Hello Everyone,
I have a confession to make. I missed some great parties during this 2012 holiday season.
I'm here to give you the rest of the Holiday Cheer around My Cozy Corner.
My sister sent this beautiful wreath to Sweetheart and I to hang on our porch.
and
I found this paper church at yes! TM.  It fit wonderfully under the white feather tree this year...
A little outdoor snow scene under the feather tree this year.
The ice skaters are from our old train display. When our children were small we had a complete model train and a town displayed under our Christmas tree each year. The skaters were part of the scenery.
These golden reindeer were under the feather tree last year. This year they are pulling Santa's sleigh.
The steam locomotive was part of the train display in the old days.
Ready for Tea? RED AND SILVER~Wow!
The little church, tiny Christmas trees and deer are from the old train display. I've had everything in a box for over 35 years. It was great fun getting the miniature decorations cleaned up and painted.
I love Red this year in the dinning room. A vintage wall hanger is so handy to decorate.
I have a few angels in the living room and a vintage clock. Reminds me of the 18th century.
Oh my goodness it's an 18th century Seth Thomas Clock!
My little tree in the living room
I have the side board set for Tea with a box of English crackers to pop at Christmas Dinner.
A pair silver candle holders my sister and I gave my mom and dad for their 25th Wedding Anniversary
Just a cozy spot to read in the living room.
Hi Santa: You are so cute sitting in your sleigh.
He really is an old stocking holder our children had when they were small. He just fit into the sleigh perfectly.
Santa looks real comfortable sitting with gold glittery ornaments and some pine cones around him.
A little dish display...
Thanks for visiting My Cozy Corner.
I have a few more holiday posts and we will rocking into the New Year.
What an interesting year 2012 has been. Great Joy and Great Sorrow.
Telling stories ( I promise, I didn't lie) and enjoying my family and friends.

  3. Wow...you have done a LOT of decorating for Christmas, and it looks great! I am just head-over-heels with your train set pieces. My brother loved trains SO much as a child and even into his adult years. Every time I see or hear one, I think of him. He lost his life in a motorcycle accident 12 years ago, but his love for trains still lives on with me. He would have flipped over that steam locomotive! I love the skating scene in front of the church! It really fits in with the wintry weather we're having now. Your feather tree is SO pretty!!! It looks like something out of a Victoria's Secret special when they have on all their pretty angel wings. The red ornaments really pop against the white! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and yours!!!
