Welcome,
It's February. I love February...I always think about romance during the month of February.
This year on Valentine's Day I will celebrate being engaged 53 years ago.
The pink tulips are still blooming and I couldn't resist doing a pink post.
These yummy Butter Cookies have been a hit with Sweetheart in the evening with a dish of ice cream. And I thought you might like to try these easy and delicious Butter Cookies sprinkled with powdered sugar with a cup of tea. Soooo Good!
Recipe for Butter Cookies Go Here.
The beautiful Cameo Brooch and a pair of Cameo screw back earrings are part of a collection of costume jewelry I inherited from my mother.
I think this piece of costume jewelry was really loved.
The Inarco Demitasse Cup is perfect to enjoy a cup of tea on a chilly February morning.
I love this sweet vintage collectible.
The crystal vase is a great place to showcase such a beautiful flower as the tulip.
My favorite pink tea pot
Words cannot describe the beauty of the tulip.
Thank you for visiting and sharing another joyous day with me.
I will be enjoying some great parties this week.

Hi Betty,
ReplyDeleteYour post is just lovely! I love pink tulips and I tried to get some myself but got the yellow instead. The only pink they had left didn't look very good so I left them.
Your pink teapot is a beauty and your mug looks very dainty. The cookies; yum!
I have always had a 'thing' for cameos and I wore one on my wedding day. It is such a pleasure to have you come to tea and thank you for sharing your pretty tea with us.
Blessings,
Sandi
Hello Betty, your post is gorgeous! Full of sunshine and beautiful things! Your tea pot is so lovely as is your footed tea cup. I also am looking at those cookies and wishing I could reach in and pull one out! They will be so good with a hot cup of tea!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on your engagement anniversary!
Hugs,
Terri
