Getting Ready for Tea

Hello everyone,
Summer is passing to quickly. I've been having a great time with my granddaughters. We've been thrifting,  photographing and laughing...
While thrifting I found this delightful set of tea cups, saucers, dessert plates and desserts bowls.

'Johann Haviland'

~Blue Garland~

A peek at our new paint color
~Triple French Vanilla Ice Cream~
Lavender from my garden and blue napkin rings are ready for the tea table. I have some sheer fabric to make napkins for my tablescape this week.

A perfect set to add to my collection of Blue and White dishes and tea time dishes.

  1. what a delicate pattern on this china.
Im curious....do you ladies have several differnt patterns and then placements only for one or two. Its a wonderful idea. I am a tea drinker and I love the idea of sitting at my pond drinking tea out of my china...why not?
    Thank you for sharing

  2. I love this delicate pattern, Betty! I would like to own some pieces of it because my mother's maiden name was Garland. I am looking for a new wall colour for our living room and yours would look fabulous! Beautiful post!

    Blessings,
    Sandi
