Hello everyone,
Last weekend we attended my husband's 55th high school reunion in the Bay Area...We grew up in Silicon Valley when it wasn't Silicon...It had beautiful fruit orchards and wide open spaces. I'm so grateful to be living the beautiful life where I live today.
This weekend we are celebrating Halloween and I made some Halloween confetti cupcakes and a pot of tea.
My St. Patrick rose is blooming and couldn't resist bringing in a bouquet for my tea table.
The cupcakes are decorated with orange frosting and black bat sprinkles.
The tea set is CH Fields Haviland Limoges GDA France
Orange sprinkles, black trick or treat cupcake papers and pumpkin picks dress up the confetti cupcakes.
The beautiful golden color and a hint of green edge the petals of the St. Patrick rose.
A small Halloween pumpkin tea napkin is adding to the festive table.
A mosaic to pin
Thank you for visiting and have a Happy and Safe Halloween Eve.
Joyously,
Betty

Oh wow! So very lovely. How inviting and what a comfortable feeling this table emotes. Your cupcakes are adorable with the confetti and gorgeous frosting. I love your spoon!!! What a great look you have created. I look forward to seeing more. Valerie
ReplyDeleteOh, Betty what a lovely and festive tea time you have shared with us! Wow!
ReplyDeleteI am drooling on my keyboard looking at those yummy and adorable cupcakes - and your china is beautiful!
This entire post is charming. It could easily be found in a magazine.
ReplyDeleteForgot to mention your spectacular roses. I'll have to check those out for planting here in the Midwest.
ReplyDeleteThe roses are gorgeous! I stopped to look them up and bookmarked a site so I can buy a rose bush for next year. Your table is beautiful. Being a non-Halloween person, I usually skip over the Halloween posts but yours is lovely.
ReplyDeleteYour roses are beautiful and those cupcakes are making my mouth water! Lovely vignette of everything. My hubby and I also grew up in Silicon Valley before it was Silicon and we are still here. Not a day goes by that we don't miss the beautiful orchards and wide open spaces of our childhood and youth as we look at the snarled traffic and cement jungle our hometown has become. As soon as we retire we are outta here.

ReplyDeleteYour tea table is beautiful. I can't get over how fabulous your roses are in the stunning hob nob vase. Perfect color for this time of year. Glad to learn their name. I love your china and your cup cakes are so pretty and the container is lovely.
