Hello Everyone,
Welcome to my Silver and Gold Tablescape.
My Sweetheart and I celebrated our 51st Wedding Anniversary on July 17, 2011.
We stayed at home and enjoyed a wonderful dinner for two.
This is our traditional dinner
Lobster
Steak
Ceasar Salad
and
Raspberry-Peach Trifle
Recipe for the dessert will be published on Friday
Candlelight and Music
Daylilies and Cannas from the garden
The Orange Daylily is a very old breed and the Yellow Canna is an old favorite.
The dinnerware 'Ralph Lauren' Claridge gold a 50th Wedding Anniversary gift.
Silverware is 'First Love' and napkins were handmade for Tablescape #22 (Here)
Napkin Rings are a thrift store find last year.
The Salt Cellars are a gift from our Eldest son.
He purchased this pair of gold and crystal Salt Cellars while traveling in France.
The Silver-Plated Tea Pot is part of my Tea Service I bought at the thrift store this year.
I love the way the flowers look so stately arranged in the Silver Tea Pot.
