Bouquets to Art overlooking San Francisco

Hello everyone,
I promised you a trip to the de Young museum. Well here is
a small snippet of the Bouquets to Art 2017. HERE go to
the bottom of the page to exhibition preview and see more of
this beautiful art. The object of the display is to replicate the
artwork with a living floral arrangement in the same colors and
design.

This a large wall hanging and has an interesting story.
Discarded bands from liquor bottles create this beautiful piece of art.

On the ninth floor of the de Young Museum is an observation
tower with a 360-degree view. You can see the Acadamy of Science
with the green grass mounds and garden on the roof top.

We had a wonderful day visiting my
favorite city (Well almost. I have been to some pretty amazing cities)
in the world.

  1. Hi Betty :)

I've been to San Francisco many times, but I've never been to that museum. It's certainly beautiful and I love the flowers mimicking the art. The views made me miss my home state.

Thank you for your lovely comment! And have a great weekend :)
