This charming young woman is my
instructor for the local SilverSneakers fitness program at
our local tennis and fitness club.
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings.
I started my exercise program on February 1, 2017.
My body has lost so much mobility in the last
few years, I just had to do something about my
range of motion and stamina. I can't say enough
about how great I feel since I have been working on
balance, flexibility,
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises
designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and
activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles
and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance.
A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support.
