My Favorite Cobb Salad

Hello Everyone!
Time to Eat

My Favorite Cobb Salad

A Beautiful salad bowl is a must.  I received this fabulous 'Arthur Court' salad bowl from my wonderful sister on my last birthday in June, 2011.
I have served the salad individually and it's makes a very nice presentation.
This salad is dinner. And with some nice warm freshly baked blueberry muffins and Real Butter it just can't get any better.
In the summer this salad is perfect for lunch on the patio too.

Lettuce, Tomatoes and Hard - cooked eggs

Crisp bacon

Avocados and sliced Chicken Breasts

Black sliced Olives

Cobb Salad dressing

The Cobb Salad
was a signature menu item of the legendary Brown Derby in Hollywood, a landmark restaurant in Los Angeles, California.  Variations of the salad are now served in restaurants world-wide.

Fresh baked blueberry muffins with Real Butter.  YUM!
