Hello Everyone
I'm joining A Southern Daydreamer for Outdoor Wednesday
On New Year's Day I woke at 7:30 in the morning. Turned on the coffee and looked outside my window. I was so surprised to see snow. I went outside and took photos of the snow that had fallen during the night. This was the first snow of the season. Lots of frost and rain and now some snow. The air was so calm and the snow was so beautiful.
I love the Rose Bowl Parade.
I had a cup of coffee and watched the Rose Bowl Parade for about hour and then decided to look at my snow. I went outside to take more photos, but the snow had almost melted away.

Never the Less
I'm proud of My Snow!!!
The morning was very overcast and as you can see I haven't been outside to clean the garden for winter. Oh! I hope I can go out soon....
Just a light dusting of snow on the ground.
I love the way the snow is on top of the gazing ball. Just like a snow capped mountain. The lavender, bat face and St Patrick rose need some serious pruning.
This is the top of my garage.
My chives are in bad shape, but they will be fine in the spring.
My angel just keeps praying. I love her so much.
We put this swing set in our back yard 16 years ago. The young granddaughters use it in the summertime. I would love to landscape the area this spring, so it might be history. I love my snow on the slide.
This photo is an hour later. It didn't last long. But I did get a few photos of the snow and didn't drive to the mountains.
Melting fast on the roof.

I wish for the spring.. ha ha... ja ja... ITs beautiful anyway. Enjoy skiing, and play in the snow with the children. Have a wonderful day. Blessings.
